Botswana's Chobe National Park
Linyanti Wildlife Reserve
In the furthest corner of Chobe National Park, discover the forgotten paradise known as Liyanti. Encompassing the river that forms its natural border with Namibia, the Lilyanti Wildlife Reserve makes its home on the southern banks of the Linyanti River.
Within its bounds, marshes subside into lagoons, migrant rivers feed riverine forests of jackal berry and sausage trees, and vast grasslands give way to dry wooded expanses. Like the scenery, the wildlife of the Linyanti Wildlife Reserve proves ever captivating. Along its river, find the elephant, zebra and buffalo that come here to drink, and the giraffe and impala who find respite within its forests.
