We recently returned from an incredible 11-day trip to Tanzania that Susan Neva at Alluring Africa planned for us. The Elewana Camp sites she selected for us in Kenya and Tanzania exceeded all my expectations…………from the Friendliness, Caring Staff, to the amazing Safari Guides, the incredible luxury accommodations, and Five Star Meals! Truly beyond anything I could have expected. Elewana Camps are def ones I would recommend very strongly.

Our introduction to the trip was at Elewana Pepper Camp, in Massai Marfa Kenay. Our Safari Guide, Rinka, met us at the local airport in an immaculate safari vehicle, with beverages and snacks. Rinka proceeded to drive us to the camp site, and on the way located a pair of ‘honeymooning lions’. Rinka is one of a kind- his knowledge, his humor, his attention to all we had hoped to see, was truly amazing. At the camp site, our team was so special: Koisa, our main contact, treated us so special, with great humor, and he truly made everyday amazing.
Next day, an incredible Hot Air Ballon ride! Truly a must not miss adventure for anyone!
Rinka, Koisa, and the whole team have left a huge impression on me……………and this camp site will always be the one I will compare any future ones to.

Next site was Elewana Serengeti Migration campsite, in Northern Serengeti, Tanzania. Also, truly amazing! Our Safari Guide team was Alvin and Queen. They were incredible, super knowledgeable of plants, animals, birds- great team. Similar to previous campsite, the food, the accommodations, the friendliness, was all incredible. Rashid was our main contact at the camp- I cannot say enough nice things about Rashid- truly one of a kind, with the most heartwarming smile and care ever. He made this campsite for me. One minus item at this location is the planed bush burns that take place every year in the Serengeti – we understand the reasons, but it was a bit of a shock to see form the air and while on the safari drives. Still, did not take away from the Elewana site. And at this location, they have a local Artist, Anderson, onsite. Incredible talent. We all bought many pieces and even commissioned some more- truly a talented artist and a big Plus for this camp site.

Third campsite was The Manor, in Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Tanzania. A total 180 from the other two tented campsites, and also as amazing. The Manor building is nothing but luxury! Titus was our main contact at the camp, and just like Rashid, was simply amazing. He and Rashid are friends too. While at Serengeti camp, we asked Rashid for what his favorite local Swahili food was, and he told us his choice. He then proceeded to connect with Titus and they put together the most special diner for us, with all the amazing Swahili foods- truly touched us deeply. At the camp, we also did a great horse riding tour of the coffee plantation that the campsite is located in. Andrew was our Safari Guide, and he was great. One thing I would probably not do or recommend again is the very long day drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. The long drive, on very bumpy roads, plus the massive amount of safari vehicles at the Crater, really took away from the experience. It became very touristy like, and not as much of an unique experience. But this did not take away from the amazing experience we had at The Manor.

Then we switched it up completely, and flew to Seychelles. What an country, made of small islands. We stayed at Constance Ephilia Resort- truly breathtaking views, accommodations, and food! We did mostly Scuba Dives every day, with Lilian at the North Beach Padi location, inside the resort. Lilian and all her staff were great, professionals, and showed us some amazing dive sites. The food at this camp was truly 5-Stars- incredible presentation and tastes!

Again, an amazing trip, and def would recommend it all to my friends.

From our time in Cape Town through three safari camps in Botswana and South Africa to Victoria Falls, our trip was not only extraordinary but also smooth and stress free. Working with Cheryl was so easy. She paid attention to our interests and requirements and put together a phenomenal trip. We literally had no hiccups even though there were a myriad of transfers, tour arrangements, and dinner reservations. And we loved all the camps and hotels she chose for us. There were nine of us and we ended up doing four nights on safari in Kenya followed by three at a Zanzibar beach resort. A weather related delay required us to deal with her ground personnel in Kenya; they were fantastic. Our trip included Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and the Northern Serengeti near the Mara River for a river crossing. Just as Cheryl described each guide we had was memorable and impressive, each accommodation was special in its own way and the level of service as well as the personalities and quality of the staff was amazing. In addition, we never had to worry about any logistical details being different than Cheryl described.

We will never forget our trip and most days we felt like we were in a movie.

This is our second trip booked by Alluring Africa. This time around Susan crafted us the perfect trip, with everything we were looking for. We had a few hiccups with lost luggage and political unrest which caused our itinerary to change mid-trip. Susan was very helpful making sure our trip proceeded with minimal interruption and angst. Our recent trip to South Africa was nothing short of extraordinary, and we have Coral Cameron from Alluring Africa to thank for making it such a seamless, memorable experience. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care, expertise, and a genuine passion for creating unforgettable journeys.
Our itinerary included Cape Town, Franschhoek, and the incredible Simbambili Safari Lodge — and each destination was curated to perfection. In Cape Town, we enjoyed breathtaking views from Table Mountain, explored vibrant neighborhoods, and visited the penguins colony of Boulders beach, all recommended by the team. The transition to Franschhoek was effortless, and our time there was wonderful! With elegant wine tastings, charming accommodations, and a relaxing pace that made it hard to leave.
The grand finale at Simbambili Safari Lodge was pure magic. Every game drive was a new adventure, and the lodge itself was luxurious yet authentic, offering that perfect connection to nature. Knowing that Alluring Africa had personally vetted and arranged every element gave us complete peace of mind to simply relax and enjoy. We were stunned at how much wild life we saw, and how knowledgeable our guide and tracker were.
What truly set Alluring Africa, and in particular, Coral, apart was her attention to detail and personal touch. Coral listened to our preferences, understood our travel style, and created an itinerary that felt completely our own. Communication was easy, responses were prompt, and everything ran flawlessly.

An Africa safari has been on my bucket list for 25 years. I have travelled extensively over the years. Finally, a trip of a lifetime with African Bush Camps arranged by Coral at Alluring Africa! Two years ago I started working with a local travel agency, and the experience became so frustrating and overwhelming as we wanted bush camps, real and authentic Africa and the choices presented weren’t that. Eight months later I found ABC and Coral…our Safari was everything we wanted, although I do wish we had added a 4th camp!

Kanga Expeditions, Mana Pools in Hwange Nation Park, Zimbabwe is a must!! Every minute was a memorable experience here, the elephants up close and personal drinking from the pool!! Look both ways before exiting the lodge as there is an elephant highway at the foot of the stairs! Love this! The sounds at night exhilarating and at first frightening, yet we loved it. The morning we left, 22 lions were feasting on a kill and we drove right up to them as it was on the road out of camp!! We saw elephants, zebra, lions, etc. Somalisa in Zimbabwe was our next bush camp, here we saw our beloved giraffes, of course hundreds of elephants, we tracked down the elusive mom leopard teaching her cub how to hunt! Here I woke to a giant couple of lions walking by our deck at 3am in the morning!! Talk about memorable experience! Linyanti Bush Camp in Botswana was our 3rd…Great Plains loaded with herds of elephants in the HUNDREDS, zebra and water buffalo too!! We had to rush past as our guide knew we did not want to be in the middle of hundreds of elephants!! The lions were super active here and on the hunt daily!! The swamp milkweed a great hiding place! We saw hippos here in Chobe National Park and wild dogs!! Our guides Reggie, Robert, Max, Brighton and Dolphis are experts in what they do, they know every inch of the parks and we trusted them completely at every turn and up close encounter!! A big shout out too to Sam and Savannah too. African Bush Camps is your ticket to authentic bush camp safari’s!! Wilderness Air was phenomenal too!! Thank you Coral for listening and delivering everything we asked for!! Remarkable teams throughout our trip! And we loved the Manor House on the waterfront in Capetown, loved the penguins and the journey to The Cape of Good Hope!!

Wow, it really was a trip of a lifetime. Using Alluring Africa was a great decision for us. They are a smaller company, but very good at what they do. There are so many safari travel companies to chose from, it is hard to know where to start. Alluring Africa and Coral were fantastic. They created an experience we will never forget and a trip we will measure all our other travel against.
From planning to scheduling and then traveling, everything was easy with Coral as our travel specialist. Coral can help you create a itinerary that meets all your needs and desirers. This was our first trip to Africa and Coral was able to work with us and come up with an itinerary that included gorilla trekking and safaris, was in budget and fit in the timeline we had available for this travel. Coral gave us options on lodging that helped us maintain our budget and still receive 5 star level service. The final travel document that Coral provided us was very detailed, including schedules, flight times, points of contact for all reservations, country details, and tip guidelines. We even had a pre trip FaceTime meeting and a post travel call. Both were very helpful and informative.
Our itinerary included 6 flights in Africa, 7 hotels/lodges over a two week period. We can’t thank Coral enough for such a well-organized trip, the travel was seamless and all the individuals we met (drivers, guides, airport support..) were fantastic. The lodging choices were great; from Four Rosemead in Cape town, Kigali Serena and The Bishop’s House in Rwanda, and Katambuga House(Arusha), The Highlands (Ngorongoro), Nimali Mara (Northern Serengeti), Airport Planet Lodge (day room Kilimanjaro) in Tanzania. The only thing we would have changed was to add one more night to our stay at the Highlands. With the drive time to and from the airport we did feel “rushed” on that part of the trip and wished we would have spent one more night.
I’m not sure what we expected when we went out the door to start our trip, but the from the greeting in Cape town to the departure from the Serengeti having “escorts” every where we went was amazing! Coral’s planning included personal airport greetings, private transportation, private guides, and our own safari vehicle. Having the same drivers and guides at each stop really does add to the experience as you build a relationship with them.
Coral, thank you for giving a heads up to both camps about our anniversary they both provided a special celebration that will be forever remembered.

My wife and I, along with two very good friends, had an amazing trip to South Africa and Botswana. Coral Cameron at Alluring Africa planned the trip for us, and it was spectacular. The lodges were top notch and we were treated everywhere like we were visiting royalty. The game viewing drives exceeded all expectations. We saw unforgettable sights on each and every one of them, including a pride of lions circling a herd of buffalo, a pack of wild dogs consuming an impala, and tons of elephants, giraffes, hippos, rhinos, warthogs, leopards, cheetahs, baboons, zebra, etc. And the people we encountered everywhere were warm, friendly, and helpful. The logistics were seamless, and the 18-day trip unfolded smoothly. It was truly a magical experience. There were no bad surprises, only good ones--like a room upgrade at one camp and private dinners and bush picnics elsewhere. We just returned from a two-week safari in Southern Africa. Coral Cameron from Alluring Africa helped to create this adventure that featured visits to the Cape Town area and safaris in Sabi Sabi, Victoria Falls, and the Okavango Delta. Every step in Africa was covered by knowledgeable and helpful people who ensured that we got to every one of our planes, jeeps, and boats. Each of the hotels and safari lodges we stayed at was first-rate - an amazing oasis that provided us with a great place to rest up between trips into the wilderness. We saw so much and truly appreciated not having to worry about all the details that could have easily snarled our journey. Coral and Alluring Africa's expert plan and network of professionals ensured that this adventure to Africa would become our favorite trip to any place on the globe. I can't imagine how we could have seen all that we saw and did all that we did without Coral and the Alluring Africa team. Highly recommended!

Susan of Alluring Africa planned a 10-day safari trip in Kenya for our family. It exceeded our expectations! Everything was taken care of from small planes, to guides and drivers, camp accomodations and some special added activities as well. We didn't have to focus on anything but the wonderful experience we were having. Everything was top notch from start to finish!

There was absolutely zero pressure despite the time invested, I was allowed to take my time and consider every element and make requests and adjustments.
Once I had booked, Coral was available to answer all of my questions, no matter how stupid they were. She held my hand through all the pre-trip planning and took care to ensure I was trip ready.

My time in Africa was life changing! Coral picked the ideal itinerary for me at the most perfect camps. I found Alluring Africa after doing some extensive research on different travel agents and tour operators specializing in East Africa travel, and was soon able to connect with Liz Loftus. She spent some time with my husband and I on the phone to learn more about what kind of trip we wanted for our honeymoon. Liz was then able to take that phone call and create an itinerary for us that implemented everything we had said we wanted to do during our stay in Kenya and Tanzania.

Leading up to our trip, Liz sent our final itinerary and walked us through each day, giving tips on what we should do at certain camps and reviewing logistical items like tipping. Once we touched down in Kenya, it was so nice to just take a look at my itinerary for the day and know that everything like transfers, bush planes, food & drink preferences, etc. were all arranged ahead of time. We were blown away by the quality and hospitality at each of the 4 hotels and camps we stayed at. Our trip went so smoothly and we are so appreciative of the work Liz put in to making our trip great. Alluring Africa makes all the travel logistics seamless and worry free. Susan even provided us with a tipping guideline for everyday to take all that quests work out. The quality of the safari and lodges that Alluring Africa uses are exceptional. Susan has so much first hand experience in Africa and provided so many helpful suggestions and tips on where to go / how many days to spend / etc. Our trip truly was perfect and catered exactly to our dreams and we have Alluring Africa to thank.

We are already thinking of our third vacation with them! gorilla trekking next!

I can’t begin to thank Liz for ALL the amazing planning while having to deal with COVID postponements! She directed me and planned the most amazing trip of my lifetime that I will never forget, EVERYTHING I ever wanted to do and see my first trip to Africa she accomplished with each camp. I visited Eagle Island, Savute Elephant Camp, Little Sabi Sands Bush Camp and then uganda for gorillas! I went on this trip solo and I never felt more safe! Liz really ensured that with connecting me to some pretty amazing people in Africa. From plane hopping, Sundowner Drives with G&T’s, stargazing galore!, The community visit and meeting new lifelong friends there will be miles of smiles for life! Everything from the amazing presentation and quality of food, stunning accommodations and especially the impeccable service and the exceptional staff members at each Belmond group camp were truly REMARKABLE and they will leave a place in my heart forever! thank you so much LIZ and alluring Africa for making my dreams come true and I’m sure I’ll be planning my next trip soon !!!

We just returned from an incredible 2 week trip to Tanzania! We traveled with our 2 kids during the start of the Omicron variant and Liz made things less stressful as she kept us up to date on changes and arranged all of our testing. Not having to worry about that during travel, especially with kids, made things much easier and was appreciated! Everything was exceptional and I cannot recommend Liz or Alluring Africa enough to anyone who is considering a trip to Africa. This was our first trip to Africa and we are already planning with Liz on returning. We travel quite a bit and this trip was the best trip our family has ever been on. From transportation to accommodations (WOW) it was perfect. Thank you Liz for all the beautiful memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

What an adventure! Thank you to Liz and the Alluring Africa team for planning the trip of a lifetime in Tanzania and Uganda. Liz really listened to what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. We booked our second trip with Alluring Africa (this time to Kenya) within a week of returning home from Tanzania and Uganda. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing family experience in Tanzania guided all along the way by Abigail at Alluring Africa. She was super helpful during our planning, suggested parks to visit and places to stay which exceeded our expectations, was very responsive to our (many) questions, showed a personal interest in our satisfaction. The service from Alluring Africa was amazing. It all started with Debbie who took the time to understand our interests and put together an amazing itinerary which included 2 different safari camps in Kenya, a stop in Giza to see the Pyramids and Sphinx, and then a cruise down the River Nile to numerous tombs and other landmarks. From the outset we were met by their partners on the ground and handed off from one to the other without ever so much as a question as to whom to connect with or where to go to find our next liaison. We cannot imagine trying to have accomplished a trip like this on our own.

The safari camps in Kenya were top-shelf with beautiful tents right in the wilderness, caring and lovely staff, and the best food one could imagine. Our guides were spectacular and we saw more wildlife than anyone could expect. Our guide in Egypt was terrific and was able to give us a history lesson in Egyptology we won't ever forget. The river cruise was so classy with food that rivaled only the camps we had been in Kenya. The tombs were beautiful.

This was truly THE trip of a lifetime. We are so glad to have found Alluring Africa, and, of course, Africa so alluring! ?

After book an entire trip last year, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel. We were able to receive a full refund and then rebooked the trip with ease...only a few emails to finalize the dates.

The quality and service of the air transport were great! All flights were on time and we felt comfortable with the pilots and flights. We especially enjoyed the helicopter ride at Linyanti Camp in Botswana.

The ground transport service providers were prompt, friendly and provided us with interesting local information, history and knowledge. The game drivers were very well trained, friendly and so respectful of the bush and wild animals. They truly made the drives very enjoyable and went above and beyond provide great viewing and variety in what we got to see.

Victoria Falls, both camp experience's, the Cape Town itinerary -- Robben Island, Table Mountain, Penguins, wine country and guide Maarten Van De Vijver were amazing!
